Loses in Starvation even against the stock AI because it doesn't prioritise enemies carrying resources, not that that scenario is used for league 1.

Most opponents are either too aggressive and get killed first, or not aggressive enough and end up retreating until they fall off the map. Right side (only activates if there are no enemies left): collect all the resources and take them to nearest base.

If there are none of these, advance towards nearest enemy. Middle: attacks closest (in the picture it's weakest shield, that's a mistake) short to medium range enemy unless there is an enemy with less than a quarter of health and less than a quarter of shield, in which case blow it away even if it's at long range. This second part is important and if your AI isn't doing it, you will lose. Left side: if shield is low, flee from nearest short to medium range enemy, then attack any in range enemy with weakest shield.
